More than 27 years of experience in administration and finance, auditing, IFRS international accounting, and management of human resources. She has ample experience in private equity funds in Peru, Panama and Grand Cayman including participation in investors meetings, board meetings and advisory committees.

Prior to MEP, she was manager of Finance and Administration for a private equity fund, general accountant at Emerson Network Power del Peru, a leading company in marketing of energy and climatization equipment and services, and general accountant for 7 years at the Outsourcing division of Deloitte, where she was responsible for the relationship with several clients such as Emerson Network Power del Peru, FAPE (Private Equity Fund), Johnson & Son Peru, Anglogold Exploracion, Texas Petroleum Company, Bloomberg Peru, Bolsa de Valores de Lima (Lima Stock Exchange), Egenor among others.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, with and Accounting degree from Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University in Peru, and attained a post-graduate degree in Tax from the University of Lima.
