Leidy Dahiana Caro Caro is a lawyer with 17 years of professional experience practicing law, both in the public and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has led the legal management of prominent companies nationwide, operating in sectors such as services, food, transportation and courier services, and healthcare, among others.

Her solid academic background includes a law degree from the Catholic University of Colombia, as well as a specialization in Criminal and Procedural Law from the University of Santo Tomás. She complements her background with studies in the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Risk Management System (SARLAFT), among others.

She currently serves on the Boards of Directors major companies, contributing her legal knowledge and strategic vision to institutional strengthening and corporate decision-making.
