Mr. León has 43 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and businessman. He is recognized as founder of several companies in Latin America, particularly in the chemical industry (production and distribution of supplies), the industrial goods manufacturing sector, the consumer goods industry (food and personal care), and the agricultural and agro-industrial sector.

Besides being part of the Boards of Directors of his companies, Mr. León has participated as a member of the Board at insurance and manufacturing companies. Moreover, he has been member of the Board of Directors of several industry association and non-profit entities. Mr. León holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and an MBA from Harvard Business School
