MAS Equity Partners, pioneers in growth capital investments in the Andean Region, is pleased to announce the sale of its stake through the fund “MAS Equity Fund III”, in the company Agropecuaria Promialianza (main shareholder of Agropecuaria Aliar S.A. - La Fazenda), leader in the pork industry in Colombia and one of the most important food companies in the country.

With the entry of the Fund, La Fazenda implemented an action plan focused on the evaluation and mitigation of social and environmental risks and impacts of its entire primary supply chain, allowing it to operate under the highest international ESG standards. With this transaction, MAS Equity Partners achieves its second successful exit from the MAS Equity Fund III, obtaining excellent profitability results.
