MAS Equity Partners, through its third fund MAS Equity Fund III, acquires an equity stake in ESSI (Empresa de Servicios, Soluciones e Innovación), a Colombian engineering company, world leader in the design and manufacturing of aseptic processing equipment for the dairy industry.

With more than 20 years of experience, ESSI exports its products and services to 15 countries including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Mexico and India, among others. The company offers efficient solutions in industrial processes, power, oil and gas, and the food industry, particularly dairy.

ESSI offers consulting, audit and construction of electric infrastructure, automation and renewable energy solutions, providing effective solutions and value add to its customers.
