The pilot project that sought to implement the use of vehicular natural gas in tractors in the country was a success. This was reported on Wednesday by the Colombian Natural Gas Association (Naturgas), which in alliance with Surtigas and the cargo operator OPLE, carried out the tests on the country's roads.

According to the results of this pilot, the tractors managed to reduce CO2 emissions by 30% and generated an economic saving of over 35%. "In addition, it is proven that the vehicles that work with this fuel have an adequate performance even in the mountainous areas of Colombia," said Orlando Cabrales Segovia, president of Naturgas.
